I need to make some candied apples tomorrow night so tested the mint flavour since I wanted to save the cinnamon and cherry for the entre. I've never made candy before and my first batch burned. Tonight's attempt came out perfectly and the mint was very delicious. I absolutely loved the flavouring. My only peeve about this product is that the bottles are really small. I was only able to make one batch of candy before the bottle ran out. In all, I am pleased with the flavour and I'm sure the cinnamon and cherry flavoured candied apples will be awesome, but I wish there was more in the bottles! I am giving this product full stars though because I really only needed to make a small amt of candy. I think it was a bit over priced though now that I think of it. Anyway, I am satisfied with the flavour and that's what counts at the moment. I dont think I would purchase these for larger batches of candies though.
