These gels are great, but the last time I ordered them several had burst open during the shipping process, I assume because they froze. It was a huge mess to clean up. These things are great, but make sure to have them shipped in above-freezing temperatures.

I am in love with these food colors! They don't water down my icing, they don't taste funky, and the colors are vibrant and beautiful! I bought these to try out the Americolor brand at the recommendation of a food blogger and I am not disappointed.
