Used the electric gel colors to make a lego friends cake for my daughter's 9th birthday. Colored both buttercream and fondant. Absolutely LOVE the colors, very bright, not dull like some other basic gel colors. If you have girls you are doing cakes for, this set is a must!I mixed pink and purple and noted that that icing had a bitter flavor. Didn't notice with the other colors though. Don't know if it was the pink, or the purple, or if I just used too much.Also, supposedly you can add these to wilton candy melts, but i added a drop of the electric green and it seized up on me. So don't use to color candy.

The colors were vibrant and only required a few drops! Wonderful! Buy this food coloring!! I have seen other neon food coloring but none were as 'neon' or as beautiful!

I LOVE the color of these. They are super vibrant. The pink seems to add a bitter taste to icing... I heard americolor did not usually do that. Maybe I just added too much?
